What is Dragonboating?

Dragon boating typically involves paddling a large canoe style boat with up to 22 other people in the same boat, together using a single bladed paddle. It is an excellent activity to improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen muscle, increase mobility, relieving stress and all while promoting teamwork. It involves a whole body workout that builds strength, stamina and endurance.
