A small group of club paddlers spent the day paddling on the canal from Scarisbrick Marina to Heatons Bridge helping to raise money for Ukraine. We stopped to have lunch on the canal with a pot of blind scouse and a traditional war time recipe of apple cake. A great time was had by all, paddling over 17 miles. Fancy getting involved?
